How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable).


Tracking Information

  • Orders of 1–3 patches are shipped without tracking (via standard USPS mail).

  • Orders of 4 or more patches are shipped with USPS tracking.

  • Large orders of 20+ patches are shipped via UPS, and you’ll receive a UPS tracking number once shipped.


Shipping Time Estimates

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery Time (USPS): Delivery times vary depending on USPS and can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days. Unfortunately we don’t control the time of the shipment of USPS.

  • UPS Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days.


Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If your order qualifies for tracking and you haven’t received an email, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Search for an email from Zaroqui or your payment provider.

  3. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@zaroquiaccessories.com and include your order number.
