At Zaroqui, we do our best to process and deliver your orders quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timeframes, and policies.
1. Processing Time
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. For larger or bulk orders, we may use UPS or another trusted delivery service.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery time after shipping:
United States: 3–30 business days (depending on USPS service and your location)
While most packages arrive sooner, shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather conditions that are beyond our control.
4. Tracking Information
Orders of 1–3 patches are shipped using standard USPS mail without tracking to keep shipping costs low.
Orders of 4 or more patches will include tracking information once shipped.
Bulk orders (20+ patches) are shipped via UPS or another trackable service.
If you need tracking for a smaller order, please contact us support@zaroquiaccessories.com before purchasing to discuss upgraded shipping options.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 on all orders. However, if your order totals $20 or more, you’ll enjoy free shipping—our way of saying thank you for shopping with Zaroqui.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by USPS or UPS.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@zaroquiaccessories.com, and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.
7. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after you cover the new shipping cost.
8. International Shipping & Customs
We do not offer international Shipping.
