Shipping cost
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 on all orders. However, if your order totals $20 or more, you’ll enjoy free shipping—our way of saying thank you for shopping with Zaroqui.
Returns
We offer returns within 15 days on all unused merchandise. If your item is in its original condition, you can send it back at no cost and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or special-order items
- Products damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Opened or used patches, pins, or keychains
To process a return, you can send an email at support@zaroquiaccessories.com When we receive the product in original condition we will issue an refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

How long take to get the item
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on USPS and can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days. Unfortunately we don’t control the time of the shipment of USPS. UPS: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Orders of 1–3 patches are shipped without tracking.
Orders of 4 or more patches include USPS tracking.
Large orders of 20+ patches are shipped with UPS for faster, more reliable delivery.
