The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

A photo of the item received
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
4. Return Process
If your return is approved:
We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
If your package is delayed, please allow additional time, as shipping times can range from 3 to 30 days depending on your location and carrier speed.
